Shipping within Germany is free of charge!

Where is my order?
Measuring template:
We usually send the measuring templates as a letter and therefore without a tracking number, even if you should find a different indication in your e-mail. Letters cannot be delivered to a packing station.
Please note that depending on the workload, there may sometimes be delays in delivery by post. If you have not received a measuring template after 7 days, we will be happy to send you a new one.

If a product is not available at the moment, you have the option on the website to place a pre-order. You can find the information in your order confirmation email. Shipping usually takes 6-10 weeks.
