Exchange Policy for PAGO

We sincerely hope that you love your PAGO and that it meets your expectations 100%. However, if for any reason you would like to exchange your order, you can do so within 14 days.

To initiate an exchange, please return the ring along with the Complaint Insert to the following address:

Important Notes:

  1. If you purchased your PAGO in our store in Cologne, please include a copy of the sales receipt with your return.
  2. Due to past issues with lost shipments, we can only accept returns that are sent by package with a tracking number. This ensures we can track the package and process your return.
    • Without a tracking number and package shipping, we cannot accept liability for lost shipments.
  3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Before Returning Your PAGO:

  • Please remove your current card data from your PAGO using the PAGOPACE app.
  • If you have installed PAGO Connect on your PAGO, please uninstall it as well.

After We Receive Your Return:
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you a coupon code to place a new order.
